The intermediate course is an extensión of the skills learned previously as a basic user. This course is designed to prepare students to communicate effectively in a multifaceted society. It focuses on syntax, continued vocabulary development, Reading, listening comprehension, speaking and pronunciation skills, as well as writing multiple paragraph compositions that demonstrate organization of ideas, use of a thesis statement, and supportive elements. Intensive grammar instruction that support academic writing skills in emphasized. This course contributes to skills needed in a profesional work area.
